Overview
Villa Elena is a luxury villa in Neapoli Voion, Lakonia: a 4,000 m² private garden, three bedrooms, sea views and 300 metres from the water. The site carries the atmosphere of the property and drives direct bookings, in five languages.
The challenge
Bookings ran exclusively through Airbnb and Booking, with commissions and zero relationship with the guest. The platforms also flattened the product: a villa with four thousand square metres of garden looked like just another listing.
The solution
I designed a cinematic experience with large photographic compositions and slow transitions, with a separate gallery page so the homepage stays clean. I added an availability calendar and a direct booking form alongside the Airbnb and Booking buttons — the guest chooses, rather than being forced. Five languages with correct hreflang, plus a distances section for Monemvasia, Elafonisos and Kythira.
