Overview

A standalone FiveM project: a Greek roleplay server for Greece and Cyprus, founded and owned by Galter Nick (Nick Gaitan). It opened in summer 2024 (May–November), reached the Top 10 of Greek FiveM and ran a daily queue with all 64/64 slots full. It returns on 1 August 2026 with every system rewritten from scratch.

The challenge

The community grew faster than its tooling. Administration was manual, support requests vanished into chat, and off-the-shelf public releases matched neither the server’s ruleset nor the level of experience we wanted.

The solution

I wrote custom scripts and in-game UI matched to the server’s rules — economy, police with MDT, realistic EMS, gangs, housing and businesses. Alongside those we built a full Discord infrastructure with roles, tickets, logging and automated announcements, a custom launcher with asset verification, and containerized hosting with monitoring and backups. The return site carries a countdown, live development progress and a gallery shot on the server itself.
