Overview
DGENERGY Technical & Construction is a construction company based in Nikaia with over 23 years of experience: renovations, new builds, mechanical studies and energy upgrades. The site is its digital showcase — centred on the Greek "Ανακαινίζω" renovation subsidy and on real project photography.
The challenge
The company had decades of projects and zero digital proof. Prospects couldn’t see what had been built, couldn’t tell whether they qualified for the subsidy, and questions about the renovation programme repeated daily over the phone.
The solution
I designed a construction narrative with heavy typography and real project photography, organised by category — kitchens, bathrooms, aluminium, drywall, cabinetry, pools. I added a dedicated block for the subsidy programme spelling out exactly what the client needs, a six-stage process section, and an FAQ answering the questions that actually came in by phone.
