Acceptance

By using this site you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

Content & intellectual property

The design, code, copy and graphics of nickgaitan.xyz belong to Nick Gaitan unless stated otherwise. Logos, names and visual material of the projects shown belong to the respective clients and appear as work samples, with their agreement.

Use of case studies

Project descriptions describe design and engineering decisions that were implemented. They are not a guarantee that the same outcomes will be achieved on another project, since every project has different conditions.

Quotes & pricing

Price ranges mentioned on the site and by the Nick AI assistant are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding quote is issued only in writing, after a brief and an agreed scope of work.

The Nick AI assistant

Nick AI is an automated assistant running locally in your browser. Its answers are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are neither advice nor a commitment.

Deliverables & payment

Every project starts with a written agreement on scope, timeline and cost. Intellectual property in the deliverable transfers to the client upon full payment. Third-party code remains under its own licence.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". Every effort is made for accuracy and availability, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. I accept no liability for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the site.

External links

The site links to client and third-party websites. I do not control their content or policies and accept no responsibility for them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
